sounds like another external hdd gimmick. and firewire ain't exactly all that popular yet. Will probably be useful if you're just using it for backing up stuff. USB 1.0 is awfully slow tho.

yeah, uhhh, looking at those prices, why wouldn't you just buy ATA100 60-80gig hard drives and a removeable tray? Sure, you have portability to many different computers, but come on...
