IOmega 80GB External Hard Drive

I picked up one of those 80GB USB2 External HDD that Compusa had on sale this week and I'm having a hell of a time installing it. I bought a USB 2.0 card and put that in with no problems. I can't seem to get Windows to recognize the drive. You can see it in the Device Manager but it has a yellow explanation mark on it and it says Code 10 (Device cannot start). It also does not shop up under Disk Management either. This was on ym server (see my sig) so I tried it on my normal rig and my laptop and I still can't get it to work. It comes up with Code 10 everytime. Anyone else have trouble installing one?
