Anyone know anywhere there is a review of this rebage? I am sure many of you purchased this drive today and will be looking for the same information. Mine is October 2004 and firmware A079. thanks
 
I also bought this unit and mine is Sept. 04 with Firmware A071. There's a new firmware out that is A07F according to the autoupdate program that they tell you to use but haven't tried it yet because I'm concerned about one post that I saw somewhere that said that they had used it and their drive is now unrecognized. Anyone have any input on this? Also, anyone know where there are other firmwares for this unit or have different firmware that works good? Auto update only allows the latest firmware to be installed.
