yep, used to be on sale for $49 @ PC Club. Be sure to check to see if it has the rear fan - their later shipments came with the rear 60mm exhaust fan as their earlier shipments just has the cutout...

but what will you guys do with a 180w psu?

once you upgrade that 180 to something useful,
you'd have spent as much as a nice case with a nice psu.

no?

not worth taking a chance with small psus.

That PSU is plenty powerful to power a cpu, hard drive, and cd-rom. I currently using this case as a home theater pc with a Aopen MK7A board, 900mhz Duron, 256MB DDR, Radeon VIVO 64MB, Seagate Barracuda IV 80GB, and a Lite-On DVD drive. I have not had any problems with the setup.

This will support a P4. You do not need a large power supply in this case. you are limited by size as to what can be added. You have room for one hdd and one cdrom. My case included a powerman PWS. Powerman tend to be high quality. I have a celeron 1.1 and Geforce MX400 in mine. It works great. You only need larger PWS if you add more internal devices. Why do you think large OEM's use smaller then normal PWS? More watts are just not needed if the PWS can supply power evenly.

Not every computing taks requires your high-end Athlon XP with 300-400watt + PSU. Some people just need a Duron/Celeron or low-end P4 to power their basic workstation and this is what this case is ideal for.

i dont know what with people and their wierd power supply requirements. when i worked at an oem this summer, they built systems with

1.7 p4s
512mb ram
80 gig drives, cdr and dvd
asus boards, and geforce graphics cards, and maybe a lan card a modem, and a sound card .

these machines were running on 135 watt P4 compatible power supplies, and they were rock solid

I bought another one for a computer I'm making, and yes it did come with a rear fan this time.

Sale ends Sunday!

This would be a nice deal for anyone who has a PC Club nearby, but if you don't shipping is at least $10 (to Chicago).

For $50 shipped you can buy the same case from techstore.com ($40.08+$9.60) and have your pick of blue or grey.
