Invisible Partitions

This may seem really paranoid, but I loathe the DRM found in most of my games, and I honestly don't trust these companies not to be collecting my private data with their malware-esque DRM schemes.

So basically, I want to dual boot Windows like this:

One partition will be bulk storage on my 7.2k.

One partition will be my main Windows 7 x64 on my 300GB Velociraptor (~100GB). I want this partition to have access to my aforementioned 7.2k storage drive.

The next partition I want to be one of my Windows copies from MSDNAA on my 300GB Velociraptor where I will ONLY install non-MMO games (~200GB). Basically I want this partition to be sealed from both my other partitions. If any form of malware were to enter this copy of Windows, the rest of my computer would be invisible to this and have no possible way of being infected nor having access to my private data stored on my bulk drive.

Is this possible to do this?

I have only ever dual booted with Ubuntu, so never really had to worry about this before.
