Investment Question: If I have maxed out my 401k, should I also do a Roth IRA?

Did you alread invest $3000 in a ROTH IRA for the year 2003? If not you can invest $6000 total (for this year and last year). Vanguard may have low balance fees and I'd suggest investing in one fund say their Total Stock Market fund until that balance was reached. If a broker has absolutely no fees and you want those 3 funds, that sounds like the cheaper alternative.
