With my on-going back pain, I'm getting tired of being drugged up on narcotics and going to see the doctor for a epidural injection every few months. I've heard inversion tables may provide temporary relief of some back pain and am willing to give it a try.
I'm leaning towards the Teeter Hangups F5000 or F7000 atm, but wondering if anyone has any advice and experience with this kind of equipment.
