Im looking for a program that i can use to play the inverse of a sound, or i can use to convert to the inverse of a sound, any help would be appreciated.

Most wave editors (Cool Edit or Sound Forge) will allow you to do that to WAV files. Not sure if the free ones (like Goldwave) have that feature though.
