Hmm... I don't know if they're the ones always on Tv... I thought that was Inventech or something, that has all the infomercials.

ah, ok, because when I went to their website, it said "request your free inventor's kit" just like the commerical 🙂

Steal This Idea!

I wouldn't touch one of those until I have my patent in. I'd get the patent myself, and then get help with the marketing through legitimate sources. I don't know whether those places that advertize on TV could be considered legit.

I am an inventor with two patents, and almost everything I have seen or read about such companies screams FRAUD!!! :disgust:

Here's a Google link that will give you some places to check. Beware of the raves, at least until you read the negatives. Here's one of the negatives for PATENT & TRADEMARK INSTITUTE of AMERICA where they are at least tentatively linked to names on the Extreme Caution list.

BTW, one thing that will save you a lot of money is to find a patent agent. A patent agent can do everything a patent attorney can do, except represent you in court, and they typically charge 1/4 - 1/5 of what a patent attorney charges.

PM me if you want some help with what to do with good ideas.
