I guess I needed to be in a good mood today... I figured if I looked like I was a "Happy Person" then maybe I'd be a happy person. Anybody want some cookies?

I'm happy.

My property taxes came in $400 lower than I had anticipated.
I got a $120 dividend check from my phone co-op.
It's gorgeous 75 degree day and I'm going golfing in an hour and a half :D

[Edit]But I'm not changing my avitar dammit!

Played my weekly round yesterday :) Now I have to wait until Monday to play again :(
