Invalid Partition Table

I know why I am getting this error, but I do not know how to fix it. My computer boots up normally when I have my x64 Windows Pro disk is my cd drive, but when I do not have it in the drive I get the "Invalid Partition Table" error.

If someone could clue me in on how to straighten this out with my new motherboard, I would appreciate it

You're probbably missing a driver for your HDD controllers, but it can find it on the CD when it's inserted, thats why yo ucan boot with the CD in and can't boot without it in, I suggest looking on your manufacturers website for the appropriate drivers.

This is straight from Microsofts FAQ page:

Many x64 computers use a combined RAID and SATA controller. These controllers do not have native drivers in the released version of Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, so you need to download a driver from your hardware manufacturer, or the manufacturer of the controller, or from one of the community sites that are providing driver agglomeration such as http://www.planetamd64.com/. When you have the driver, you'll need to copy the driver files to a floppy disk, and use the F6 option to install the drivers during initial setup.
