I've been getting this odd error ever since I installed my new PNY GEFORCE TI44000.
invalid page fault in module <unknown>
sometimes it says module unknown .. sometimes program unknown. weird, eh?

Might also be the leaked or new NVIDIA detonator drivers. Anyone else getting odd errors like this? Happens when loading 3D games or when switchign between games in fullscreen mode and the desktop. It sucks. It REALLY sucks.
Other than a complete reformat/re-install ... any recommendations? I've run registry checkers, etc and everythign appears fine. HELP!

Did you correctly remove all traces of your old video card?
Any overclocks?
Do you have the latest chipset drivers and BIOS for your system?

You don`t say what OS you`re using but if it`s 98/ME try detonator destroyer ,it does sound like a driver problem,also having latest monitor driver won`t do any harm.
