Intternet runing like poop?

Anyone else having intermittant problems with the itnernet? Eve nteh forums seems to be going down for 10 seconds spurts?

On DSL in Conn. Local web sites work fine. Almost seems like one of hte pipes in the middle of hte country is mesed up.

ahh maybe that's it. i'm on SBC too. oddly enough i have NEVER, ever had this problem. weird. it seems to have stopped though.
