intruder alerts

I have wirelss broadband and my router registers regular intruder alerts - mostly TCP intruders - some of the IPs are from websites I have visited, some are from sites (supposedly) not even up yet. Is this normal?

I checked out the security on a testing website and it scored me as invisible.
