I want one of these so badly, it's perfect for a motorcycle rider, when I'm riding mine I lose all my phone calls because my Blackberry is in my pocket.

Could possibly be good for a bike rider, but I wouldn't wear it while on a motorcycle. It'd prevent you from wearing actual protective gloves, and who knows how it would hold up to speed/wind/moisture. Beyond that, riding a motorcycle is dangerous enough as is; the last thing I'd want is to potentially be distracted by an incoming phone call.

Does it make a difference? You can order one to fit 14 models of smartphones, they have for all phone sizes it just happens that that pic was the first one I grabbed, did you ride the special short bus to school when you were a kid by any chance?

while riding bike/motorcycle your wrist moves a lot, it will be terribly uncomfortable.

imagine the massive perv database you can keep with this thing. Easy, instant access, too!

don't they use those things to hold broken/sprained wrists? looks like it holds the hand rigid to the arm.

Why not just wear a BT headset and set it to automatically answer after a couple rings?

FWIW I've tried every setup imaginable to reliably listen to music and possibly receive calls and never found a decent solution.

I've done armbands (similar to your predator setup) but gloves etc don't work, it just simply doesn't work in practice. I've done ram mounts, tankbag mounts, etc etc..

The best setup I found was to keep my iphone in my pocket, hooked up to an inline remote (with extra cord bundled) that hangs just out of my jacket pocket, then thread the earphones through my jacket.

This lets me play, pause, skip tracks, answer calls (although I can't talk - but I can listen to who is and either pull over and call back or hang up), all with nothing 'tethering' me to the motorcycle.

Okay so... if it's in that position, the only way to use it is by twisting your arm into a really unnatural position. Seriously, try holding your forearm upright, palm out - you can't do it. The phone would either be tilted away from you or at an angle instead of upright.

It would also be impossible to talk on the phone in that position without a bluetooth headset.

If it was tilted so you could hold your arm like you're looking at a watch in order to use it, that would make more sense.

I've always wanted something akin to what Leela in Futurama wears on her arm. Way better than carrying a purse.

It doesn't have to be for bike riding, how about if you are a carpenter or wash windows hanging from 40-floors high? This predator thing would be perfect!

**PS** To all the trolls that got their asses kicked by me in the other thread, keep the fight and your humiliation in THAT thread and don't spill it to other legitimate threads. You will now be ignored so don't even try it.

I will never use that riding my bike. I have a headset for that if need be.

I don't even know what thread you're talking about but if you feel compelled to make a statement like that you clearly came out on the losing end. o_O
