I'm looking for some serious talent. I am not a fan of Rap, R&B, but I do like hip-hop now and again (like the Fort Minor album)

but I would really like to hear of some less well know artists, with unique tunes, and some real talent. (if you think they aren't well known enough to be on iTunes plz provide a link :))

I am currently listening to Hocus Pocus - Focus... Rock, Classic Rock, Accoustic, and generally any artist where you can tell they have some real talent I can appreciate.

Thanks

EDIT: Do you mind recommending me some specifics of Jose Gonzalez? I'm liking what I'm hearing, but I don't want to get an entire album

I got the Pinback - Non Photo-Blue on your recommendation :) The preview for Mogwai wasn't log enough to get through the intro... what kind of music is it?

Post rock. I can't explain it, you just have to hear it. All about melodies and such.

My tastes are too strange for most people. My current two addictions are James Blunt "You're Beautiful" and Mary Gauthier "Mercy Now".

Ever listen to an album and think "WOW! How did I miss this when it came out?"
That's how I feel since I downloaded Illinoise on your recommendation. Absolutely great album! Thanks.

Such an astoundlingly great artist/album. Sufjan truly emodies the proverbial "best ____ you've never heard of."
