I am planning a new venture and would like to have an intranet . I used to have HOTOFFICE and it was great and FREE. Do you have any to recommend, free or almost? Your attention and response are appreciated.:)

You can use IIS and just put it on a box that is behind a firewall.......just don't allow any outside access to it :)

I have to agree with OK here. If you are just looking for a webserver in your internal network. Set up a webserver ( apache, IIS, Ethan's WWW server, whatever). Use some nice non-routable IP addresses for your internal network and use IP masq on a router to proxy your internet access. You can also get sneaky and run linux on your firewall / router and explicitly bind apache to a particular interface ( say your internal one ). I am all for the use of non-routable IP addresses personally. They are great and happy things. If you have additional questions feel free to PM me.
