intranet and internet setup with @home cable

I just got a cable modem with @home. It is a dynamic.
In my house I have 4 pcs all networked and sharing password protected resources and connected to a router for the net. I am running win 2000 on all of them.
I have a registered site name and have that dns parked at freewebserver.com to bounce my mail to yahoo so I can download with outlook.
So that is what I have and I wanted to know how I would go about setting up my own web site with my connection and host that with a pc server and mail program. I also want to be able to access my intranet from the net.
Please help with additional programs that I need and sites of how to setup, etc.......

Thanks in advance

It can be done but @home will cancel your service if they find out you tie a dns server/domain name to your ip address. They don't wan't servers running over cable modem. You could just access your ip address from the outside and get in to your local system. Make sure you leave the port open that you want to come through on the router. And @home will change your ip address every onece in a while, so you will have to keep changing your setup.
