Once again, the version you are buying is a Russian version. If you make the purchase, you get an international version and a Russian version. Steam users have had no problem running the game in singleplayer or multiplayer. However, it is a grey market item, and so you never know what might happen down the road. Steam might one day yank the game out of your account. As to whether the site you mentioned is legit, I don't know, but there are several sites like that, and many people have made successful purchases.
