The chip had to be produced with 90nm technology, because 110 nm would have made it way too large, and it?s still not a small chip."

Hmm. No mention of R520 being reduced to 16 pipes...

Hmm. No mention of R520 being reduced to 16 pipes...

even if the card, i doubt that he would let the cat out of the bag (esp since the # of pipes have never been officially disclosed)

Also less pipes doesn't mean less features. Higher clock can compensate more or less.
