i've basically come up with about 5 good lessons i've learned from prior projects and i timed myself... it takes about 3 minutes to spit it all out... i think that sounds kinda long... so what do you think the time constraint should be when i talk about my lessoned learned? thanks..

Keep 3

Spit out 2, and offer to go on.

Make sure that no more than 1 lesson learned is about techie stuff. They're more into soft skills during the interview. They can tell by your resume what kind of tech background you have.

One item should dwell on project management.

Do NOT bring up meddling/interferance by upper management of poor resource availability.
