Interview: Meeting the executive dean tomorrow. What to expect?

Had my first interview with the manager for a System Admin position, and got the call for a second. This one is meeting the executive dean. The manager just said it will be just meeting him and talking, kinda getting to know each other better. So what to expect? I am guessing no more technical questions.
 
You should expect some time to find out what kind of person you are. Sounds like they are interested and want to make sure you aren't some screw up that passed the first part.
