I was in target waiting to fill out a electric kiosk application for a job @ target. There was a line to fill out applications which i was waiting in. Soon as one boy finished his application he got up and left. I sat down and i noticed a social security card lying right next to the keyboard. With todays world and people im sure if someone not so nice found the card wouldve sold it or done some idenity theif work.
Anyways, fast forward to 15min laters when im done with the application i was told to pick up RED telephone @ the application computer to speak with a operator. I was told to stay there so i could get a interview right on the spot with a manager! So, im sitting there waiting and 5min later the interviewer comes. As were walking to the office door i told her someone left this SSI card.
20min laters my interview is done. Im leaving the office than soon as i walk out the door a mother and her 2 sons are waiting and the mother asked, "if i seen a ".. before she could finish i interrupted her and said, "SSI card" and she said yep. I told her and the secuirty guard who i gave it to and when. She thanked me and such such and i got brownie points on the application.
Now you guys are thinking who the fvk cares about target.. well itll be a 1st job and all the other jobs applications i filled out months ago didnt call me, so i need a job for the summer and there filling super fast!!!!
Yes, i did go to a UPS interview to day also, but i have doubt about the physical work and how my back will be in the near future!
