Intersil drivers for Netgear MA701 CF wifi card

Intersil recently decided to charge $15grand a year for their prism drivers, while it is for mass distribution IE: Netgear including them with their driver package. I unfortunately just need one file from the driver package so that I can use a PRISM based program.

Does anybody know where I can download it from?
