Interpreting BSOD Messages

I keep getting this BSOD usually when I'm doing hard drive intensive stuff. i.e. burning cds, loading games. Not sure whats the problem maybe you guys can figure it out. Here is the message.

Any help would be appreciated... This seems to be the only bsod i get. O yea here are the spec of my computer almost forgot :p

It looks like you have an IRQ conflict. Check your system and see if any devices are sharing IRQ's.

do you have a gravis gamepad & if yes, try uninstalling the "gravis x-perience" drivers.

how did you know i have a gravis gamepad??? Is the gravis xperience driver causing this??

uninstall it & see how you get on.

bumping this up to get an answer.. I uninstalled the drivers.. but now how do i use my gamepad?? can you also answer my previous questions? Thx... appreciated
