In posts on several forums I've seen people reply to another post by saying: "I see the words..." What does that mean? Does it mean they are in agreement with what was written? Or does it mean something like: "I see the words, but don't agree" ?

I've never seen anyone say that, but I can only guess it means they can see the words but have no clue as to what the person is trying to say.
 
Yeah, I'm at the guessing stage too, heh. Anyone ever use this phrase or belong to a forum where its commonly written?
