interpret memory tests

i ran aida to test how fast my memory that came with a dell system is. i dont know what the numbers mean

this should be what i have:
Unbuffered DDR SDRAM, PC3200 (200 MHz), 64bit module width at voltage sstl 2.5

and how fast it is:
refresh rate - reduced (7.8 micro secs.), self refresh
highest CAS latency 3.0 (5 nS @ 200 MHz)
2nd highest CAS latency 2.5 (6nS @ 166 MHz)

what quality is this ram, what type of ram should i look to add to the system. i only have 128 MB right now.
