Hi,
My friend is having a problem with running windows explorer and internet explorer. Whenever you run internet explorer, double click my computer, or run explorer from the run command prompt, windows throws an error. When you click the details it says ModName: tps108.dll and offset: 000104d6. I don't know if this helps. The programs do work in Safe Mode, but never in standard/normal mode. Here's a list of the processes running when windows is in standard mode:
name of process - who runs it
spoolsv.exe - system
svchost.exe - local service, network service, and system (has a double entry)
lsass.exe - system
services.exe - system
winlogon.exe - system
csrss.exe - system
explorer.exe - current user
smss.exe - system
system - system
systemidleprocess - system
Thanks for any help you can give,
Patrick
