Internet will not work....

Ran the following programs and now internet will not work:

AVG Anti Virus
HijackThis
MS Beta Antispyware
Search and Destroy

For some reason I cannot get an IP address at all no matter what. I have ran LSPFix and that did not work. Something in the registry must be preventing me from getting a connection. I have reset the cable modem also. Suggestions?

I think that it is something that HIJACKTHIS did. What can I do?
