Not gonna happen. Yes, let's give up our internet rights to a country that doesn't even allow it's citizens to use google. I'm all for more security, but fvck the idea of having a ruling body of the internet.

Why the WTO? Also, OWN? I doubt it. I don't forsee a diminishing role of the US in the internet.
