internet stops working well every night

I'm confused here, during the day my internet flies, just got Charter's service a few weeks ago. Running it off the Motorola wireless modem/router unit (all in one) It seems at night not only does it slow down, but a lot of pages come back with page load errors. The router doesn't have a whole lot of configuration options. My actual connection is stable when I ping. I did a ping google.com -n 1000 and lost 0 packets, and my ping times are all in the 60-90 range. So I'm not understanding why web pages are refusing to load. Tonight I've had about 15 random pages either refuse to load, or it took me a couple re-freshes to get it up.

what am I missing here? With no packet loss even if it's slow as crap I shouldn't be getting page load errors.

Still could be an issue with the ISP. You can try taking it up with them. So, none of this happens during the day?

I was going to call them but this morning it's still doing it ARGH, guess Charter will be getting a call in 5 minutes this is horrible.
