I am using Win2000 and don't seem to be able to share my internet connection on my ethernet network and my Intel Anypoint wireless network at the same time. At the moment I can do one or the other but to change it requires droping the connection to my ISP.

Is there a way of allowing both networks to use the connection at the same time.

How do you have everything hooked up? i.e. do you have a (hardware) router, after which you have the base-station of the wireless network and all network cards hooked up on a hub/switch?

The ethernet card goes to a 4 port hub and then the rest of the network - it is set up as a peer to peer network.

The wireless adapter is a USB device and appears as a second LAN in the network connections folder.

The internet connection is a dialup connection through a modem attched to the same computer as the wireless adapter.

I hope this helps.

You mean like this:

[PC 1]-->[Hub]<--[PC 2]<--ISP
...................................|
.............................[base station]-->[PC 3]

Is PC 2 configured as a proxy server?

[edit]: flaws in ASCII 'art'.

[ISP].....[Modem]......[PC1].............[HUB]......[PC2]
...................................¦....................¦
...................................¦....................¦
..............................[Wireless]...........¦
...................................¦....................¦
...................................¦....................¦
................................[PC4].........[PC3]

I hope this is a bit clearer.

Thanks that looks to be ideal.

I'm giving Sygate a try as it appears to do exactly what I need.

I'll let you know if it works.

Cheers
