Internet sharing help needed on 2 computers

I got no idea about networking , i think this might be a silly doubt .

What i got
Running 2 pc with win xp sp2 which already has a network

Local area connection ->
Pc 1 (where i need internet to be shared)
Ip address 192.168.0.1
subnet mask 255.255.255.0


pc 2 (where i have a usb modem connected)
Ip address 192.168.0.2
subnet mask 255.255.255.0

this pc also have a local area connection 3-> with obtain ip automatically

What should i do to share internet connection to pc 1 , i have it only on pc 2

Please help

Make sure that the Software Firewall on each computer allows free local traffic. If you use 3rd party Firewall On, Vista/XP Native Firewall should be Off, and the active Firewall has to adjusted to your Network IP numbers on what is some time called the Trusted Zone (consult your 3rd Party Firewall instructions.

I am very confused now . i have kaspersky installed in comp connected to internet , i checked for the firewall setting and i didnt find any thing to be changed ....

I dont know what values i must assign on my Pc 1 in local area connection to get connected to the net 🙁

As i told , i am total noob in networking 🙂
