Internet Rumor: DICE shareholders deny EA buyout?!

Thats what the word is so far, but nothing official has been said yet. It looks as if 28% of the stockholders voted NO on the deal when 90% was needed for approval. Apparently this will not be official until December 17th and the vote could be rendered irrelevant.

I for one would love this to be true, for I think DICE is a pretty talented. I thoroughly enjoyed both of the battlefield games.
