I've already tried to reinstall and removed it totally but it still happens.

I don't get it.. website on pc, no stutter.

Play on my ipad.. no stutter.

Play it on vlc.. no stutter.

Play it on windows media player.. no stutter.

Play it on winamp.. stutter every 5 seconds.

It shouldn't be happen with a i5-3570k and 16 gb ram.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

Don't use Winamp? I know, canned response, but I haven't used it in years and don't miss it one bit. But everyone has their preferences.

The latest patch is over 2 years old, so there could be something it needs to stream recent content correctly.

For that matter, look at your version and see if you are running 5.666 Build 3516. There is a list of bug fixes here:
http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=373755#updates

Post a link to something that stutters and I'll let you know if it stutters for me as well.

I had the same problem with Winamp 3 weeks ago. Just started out of the blue. Not sure if I should blame Windows Vista or the server streaming. Could be a ploy to make me visit the station's website.
Whatever, I now listen in my browser, no hiccups.

All the hardware in the world doesn't matter when you make it run years old, out of date, abandoned software.

And it's obviously not the hardware's fault since EVERY OTHER program you tried works fine. So why throw that line in there?
