Internet Protocol (IP) Question

Hello, someone slightly threatened me online and then obtained my IP address, which I understand isn't difficult to do. Once he obtained it, I stopped connecting with him and immediately changed my IP address. Given that he has my old IP address and my ISP information, is there anything that he can do or am I OK?

For example, if he contacted my ISP to get information about me, and they let him, would he just be obtaining whoever has my old IP's information?

I'm not too worried but I would like to know. Thanks!

Unless you where harassing him, your ISP is not going to provide any information to him.

This is just curiosity now.

I wasn't harassing him, but assuming my ISP gave him the information, what would happen when it differs from my current IP? Would he just get the information of someone else?

Your ISP would need the IP information and the date/time stamp. From those two items they would determine which account was active at that time.
