I cant realy sign in to ebay, without deleting my cookies first and i cant revise my items and i cant put anything on ebay and some pages dont work for me. But they work just find on my laptop AND YES I KNOW THIS IS GENERAL HARDWARE BUT NO ONE ANSERD ME IN NETWORKING
 
I wouldnt worry about losing your pc on ebay at the price you want, who knows you may get lucky. ReInstall windows and dont change any of the settings.
