Internet poker?

I figure its 21 cause the legal gambling age in my state is 21 (Iowa), but I'm wondering... For internet poker do you have to be 21 or can you be 18?

I've seen sites that have a big logo that says under 18 with a circle around it and crossed out, like the no smoking signs.

i guess you should just check each site's policy. I'm sure it's different for some.
