Internet PC for the kids, new video card?

Hi!

I just put together an old PC which the kids will be using for internet games and music.

It is a celeron @ 1ghz, XP home and 256MB of RAM and "1MB" or Video memory.

PC runs fine and most basic NickJR and PBS games run fine, however, games from Miniclip.com can barely run.

The CPU runs @ 100% when trying to play those miniclip games.

Now, can I just and a 16mb or 32mb video card and solve this problem, or is this a CPU related problem?
