Internet not at max speed?

speed != latency

where was the server located that you were playing on? is your ping constantly > 180? are you going through a router or straight to the modem? other pc's on your lan experiencing issues? have you tried disabling uneccesary services (firewall, instant messaging, anti virus, etc).

next time your having latency issues on a server, do a traceroute to that servers ip and paste it here. It could be a local problem, or it could be a hop in your path is having issues. if its the latter, theres no much your going to be able to do...

If your contract is 1.5Mb/sec. Down, and you see a Download of 152KB/sec., it is an excellent connection.

The page above contains info about speeding up connection, which is a superset of what your Video link shows.

I also have sbc 1.5mbps dsl and the most I ever get is around 155kbps, so your speeds are normal.

..............155KB/sec...............

In real life it does not matter, in computer life there is a big difference between B and b.:shocked:

1B = 8b B=Bytes b=bits.
