Internet Monitoring Software

i have a win2k box and my lil sis has a winME box. I just recently connected her to my router and giving her access to my cable modem. What is the best software to block/monitor traffic on her computer? Also..i want to be able to see her screen from my computer...and back in HS, we used to put this remote software on my teachers computer that would run a keystroker and screen watcher. We'd move the mouse around when she'd try to and it was pretty funny knowing the rest of the class was watching us.

i already bought her a webcam. I used to OP over in main room on Musiccity (old server for morpheus chat) and i've seen first hand all the creeps out there. I have no probs with her talking to her friends on MSN, but i may block out port 6667 for chat.

How about this: What software can i use to monitor websites over a network from a win2k box?
