Internet LAN newbies question.

hello...
anybody know how to share an internet connection for lan?
I have a net gear 10 base ethernet hub, and 3 computers with ethernet cards.
What I'd like to know is, Is it possible if a computer connect to the internet, the other 2 also able to access the internet at the same time using only 1 account?

If yes, how to set it up?
2 of the comp use win2K, and one using win98se
 
There are also Dial Up routers to share a dial up connnection. Netgear RM356 is one of them that is still available.
