Internet is going pretty slow

So I went on vacation for 2 weeks, and when I got back, my internet connection has been downloading at 40kb/sec instead of 1 meg/sec consistently. I rebooted the firewall, the routers etc, no change, I released then renewed my ip, no change, any ideas?

Anyone think that the 9 windows updates that were waiting for me when I got home might have anything to do with it?

1) Connect your pc directly to the modem
2) Try another pc
3) Call your ISP
