Hi, New to the forums here, I have a question about the internet GO mifi box that is sold at Walmart. I just bought one today and I took it out, charged it up and I was successfully able to create an account and access the internet on two of my tablet computers. I then got my laptop out and tried to get on the internet with it but so far I have been unsuccessful.
My laptop is able to pick up the mifi signal and it automatically connects to the device every time I turn it on. Once it is on, I try going online but it immediately comes up with the Interent-go web homepage. I can successfully sign into my account and it tells me how many megabytes I have used and how many I have remaining but if I try to surf the internet it automatically redirects back to the internet-go home page. I just bought a brand new refill card so I cant see that as being an issue. Please tell me someone knows how to fix this problem.
