Internet Gateway Device Discovery and Control

Dear All,

I am using a windows 7 home premium system as my internet gateway with two LAN cards; one connected to the internet router and the other LAN card connected to local area network. I have approximately 20 personal computers connected to the internet through this setup. I need to monitor the internet traffic and need to control bandwidths of these PCs individually. Furthermore, I would like to control/block access to web sites like youtube and/or usage of torrents in order to conserve our internet bandwidth.

Can you recommend a few softwares for this purpose?

Your current configuration with or without further control creates Double NAT (Dual Routing) which is a bad topology to begin with.

Win 7 Home (or ant other version) is Not a viable solution for such setting.

You are better off using a Real server OS or a SOHO Appliance.
