Ok, this is probably something simple for you guys so I am hoping someone can help me out. I am trying to set up some user accounts on my computer for my kids and I want them to have internet access. But the internet only connects if I give them administrative rights, which I obviously don't want to do. So what do I need to change in order for a limitted user account to gain access to the internet?
 
unless you've tinkered around with rather hidden settings this should not happen.

Please tell us what kind of internet connection you have.
