Internet fonts too small!

When I go to anandtech I can read everything just fine, but some websites are just too small. Microsoft and Maxtor are two of these websites. My screen resolution is 1024x768 and I have the DPI set to normal. Almost all websites come in ok but a few are so small that even windows magnifier dosn't help. Any help would be great!

I went to microsoft.com, held down control, rolled the mouse wheel, and.... THE FONTS CHANGED!! Thanks so much!:thumbsup::beer:😀
