Anyone happen to know why iexplore.exe on my computer would be using 99% of my processor and not even be opened? Please help me out on this one.

Im currently running win2k with 512mb ram and an athlon 900.

Have you recently installed IE6? There seems to be reports of this happening with IE6.

Could be something else renamed to that to hide its activity. Done any virus scans? Have you done a find/files or folders/dnet ?
