Internet Explorer WOES...Please HELP!

Hey gang,
I am having a problem with my Internet Explorer. Recently IE will lock up if I have more than 1 or 2 windows open at thhe same time OR if I open up a window and a pop up comes onto the screen. I am then forced to go to the "Task Manager" to close out the IE window that has frozen up. It's a HUGE pain as it happens a LOT!

I have uninstalled and re-installed IE 6.0, then I uninstalled and re-installed IE 5.5 to see if that made any difference. I am still having the problem.

This has just recently occured and the only changes I have made to my system was adding a GF3 Ti200.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
