Internet Explorer window question...PLEASE HELP!

So my friend clicked on this link that went to some page that played that song "YOU ARE AN IDIOT, HA, HA HA, HA, HA". You know the one i'm talking about. Anyways, on this certain site, all the windows were moving around and stuff, but now something is wrong with his internet explorer. Whenever he tries to maximize his window, the window only comes up to the bottom half of his screen. Like is maximizes across the screen, but not up and down...it just goes up half way. So have any of you ever heard of this problem? And if so, do you know how to fix it?
